Wenn Sie " zurück zur Natur " wollen, dann kommen Sie zu uns, in unser bretonisches Landhaus am Meer, ins Land der Bigouden.

An dieser geschützten und für die Landschaft so typischen Küste, stellen wir Ihnen eine Wohnanlage zur Verfügung, die dem traditionellen bretonischen Baustil entspricht. Hier haben Sie die Auswahl zwischen 3 Häusern : " Ty Noel ", " Ty Gatik " , " Ty May " und einer Wohnung " Ty Rom " . Jedes Haus verfügt über 100m² Wohnfläche, besitzt eine eigene Terrasse und ist für 4 bis 6 Personen vorgesehen. Jedes Haus ist mit viel Komfort ausgestattet und im Marinestil eingerichtet. Telefon, Satelitten- Fernsehen, Heizung, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner gehören natürlich dazu, sowie ein 1h grosser, umzäunter Park mit Spielplatz und Wasserstelle. Die Wohnung " Ty Rom " mit 40m² Wohnfläche, und Platz für 2 bis 3 Personen, kann dem Haus " Ty Noel " angeschlossen werden und ermöglicht so eine Unterkunft bis zu 9 Personen.

Unsere Räumlichkeiten bieten sich ebenfalls ideal als Seminar - oder Versammlungsorte an. Ausserdem erwartet Sie hier ein reichhaltiges Angebot für Freizeitspass jeder Art : Wassersport, Segeln, Segelstrandwagen fahren, Malkurse, Musik und Fotokurse.

Welcome to Pont-Nevez

Situated in a quiet spot near to the coast, this pretty thatched house has been converted into three individual holiday properties : "Ty Noël", "Ty Gatik" , "Ty May" and an appartment with only "Ty Noël" : "Ty Rom".

The property has been renovated to a high standard with a seaside theme and features unusual touches such as a sofa made out of a rowing boat. Each property has its own individual terrace with patio furniture, perfect for eating al fresco or relaxing on a summer's day.

For all properties : Individuals terraces with garden furniture - Electric central heating - Communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Colour satellite TV - Dishwasher children's play area with sandpit - All linen for hire. The property looks out over a vast lawned garden with its own stream, towards the sea, which is only 800m away.

The nearby village of Treguennec is very typically Breton and is surrounded by sand dunes and fields of grazing horses.

The nature reserve is a haven for wildlife and is home to thousands of different bird species. Nearby Plonéour-Lanvern is known throughout the area as being the region's crepe capital. Don't miss the crepe cooking competition during the month of August, or indeed the opportunity to try out this particular gastronomic speciality. This stretch of coastline features 8 km of beautoful sandy beaches and sand dunes and is a prime location for water sports ; canoeing, surfing, windsurfing, sailing and fishing are widely available to name but a few.

Bienvenue en Baie d'Audierne

Dans une petite commune du Pays Bigouden, dans une chaumière située au bord de la mer, retrouvez les contacts avec la nature. Sur cette côte typique et préservée nous mettons à votre disposition une maison de caractère, pierre de taille, chaume.

Cette chaumière comprend 3 gites labellisés 3 CléVacances et classés " meublés de tourisme 3 * " par la prefecture en janvier 2008 : "Ty Noel", "Ty Gatik", "Ty May" et un appartement : "Ty Rom". Chaque gîte dispose d'une surface de 100m2, possède une terrasse privative, et peut accueillir 4 à 6 personnes. Grand confort intérieur, personnalisé, style marine. Téléphone, TV satellite, chauffage. Terrasse, salon de jardin, parc d'un hectare clos avec un petit ruisseau, aire de jeux. Buanderie commune avec machine à laver et sèche linge. L'appartement "Ty Rom" de 40 m2 peut-être couplé avec Ty Noël et peut accueillir 2 à 3 personnes.

Nombreuses activités : voile, sports nautiques, char à voile, peinture, musique, photographie... Les tarifs varient selon les saisons de 470 euros (basse saison) à 770 euros (haute saison), comprenant toutes les charges : eau, électricité, taxe de séjour.
